How many tampons do I get in my parcel each month?

Your Parcel includes a total of 18 tampons each month. Choose from the brands you love.


How much does it cost?

Le Parcel costs $12/month + free shipping. Tax is only charged to subscribers whose billing address is set in Idaho. International availability coming soon.


Which brands of feminine products do you carry?

When it comes to personal hygiene, we understand the importance of trust. We carry only the top name brands of tampons, pads, and liners that you have come to know and love.


When will I receive my parcel?

Your first parcel ships 1-2 days after placing your order. Subsequent parcels ship every 30 days.


What comes in each monthly parcel?

Each monthly parcel includes 18 tampons of your choice as well as premium handmade chocolate marshmallows and an occasional gift.


Can I skip a month of service?

Sure, not a problem. Simply login to your "My Account" section and select “Manage Subscription”. Then click on "Delivery Schedule” and "Skip" and you are all set. You won't be charged for the month that you are skipping and the service will automatically begin again the following month. If you would like to skip more than one month in a row, you will need to repeat the process each month.


How do I cancel my subscription?

While we hate to see you go, it is simple to cancel and can be done at anytime. Simply login to “My Account” and select “Manage Subscription”. Once there, simply click “Subscriptions” then "Cancel/Edit" and you are all set. What kind of chocolate is included each month?

Who doesn’t need a little chocolate at that time of the month? Our premium hand-made chocolate marshmallows are the perfect companion when you need it most. All of our marshmallows are made made Malvi.


Can I change the delivery schedule for my monthly parcel?

Sure, no problem. Just login to your Le Parcel account and select “Manage Subscription” and click on "Subscriptions" then “Edit Subscription”. From here you can manage your delivery schedule, your brand, update payment information and change your upcoming delivery date.


How do I update the contents of my monthly shipment?

Just login to your Le Parcel account and select “Manage Subscription” and click on "Subscriptions" then “Edit Subscription”. From here you can change your preferred brand.


How do I update my billing and or shipping information?

Just login to your “My Account” and click on "Manage Subscription" then “Edit” links next to your subscription information.


Do you have an affiliate program?
